Online printing for Staples.com

I was in charge of leading a team of 6 UI and UX designs for the biggest project for the company over a 3 year period consisting of multiple designs iterations. The business value for this new staples online printing solution was at $47 million with 900k orders per year and 12k visits per day. Opportunity for growth through traffic and conversion improvement. By redesigning this platform we could supersede an old third-party service saving the business $2 million per year. The goal was to hit 24% conversion which was hit within a few months of release increasing overall conversion +10%.

Customer Product Review for Best Buy App

I led the redesign of the customer review experience within the Best Buy app, addressing key pain points to enhance user confidence and boost conversion rates. I collaborated closely with software engineers, UI designers, and product managers to identify customer needs and develop solutions that made key product insights more accessible. I designed and tested features such as review filtering, key highlights, and visual indicators to improve discoverability and usability. As the sole UX Lead, my work resulted in a significant increase in user satisfaction and more informed purchase decisions.

Staples Printing Homepage Redesign 

After extensive research of the existing homepage, a full redesign was undertaken. This was rolled out in 3 phases. After phase 2 the redesign of the homepage had already increased conversion +2% which equalled an increase of $2 million annually. My role included Data analysis, Competitive & User research, sketching and wireframing. Working collaboratively with multiple departments including analytics, marking and SEO
